Sub-processors
myGuest (GuestAI, Inc.) uses the following categories of sub-processors to provide the service. Guest data is processed solely to deliver the service, on the Customer’s instructions, under our DPA.
Model providers do not use Customer data to train their models. Call recording at telephony level is disabled; recordings and transcripts are stored only in our EU infrastructure.
